At Groovaly, delivery depends on the collection, the destination and the type of furniture ordered.
The Groovaly Classic Collection is delivered flat-packed and shipped internationally.
The Groovaly Golden Age Collection is delivered as carefully protected, fully assembled elements and is currently available only in selected European countries.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted separately depending on the product, destination and delivery method.
Classic Collection
Classic is Groovaly’s graphic flat-packed collection.
Classic modules and compositions are delivered flat-packed and assembled at home using the included components and instructions.
Shipping is available internationally, subject to checkout availability, carrier coverage and local delivery constraints.
Estimated delivery timeframe
Classic orders are typically delivered within approximately 4–16 weeks, depending on destination, stock availability, production batch and logistics.
Taxes, duties and local charges
Taxes are included where applicable.
Shipping is calculated at checkout.
For orders outside the European Union, import duties, customs fees, brokerage fees or local taxes may be charged upon delivery or importation. These charges are not controlled by Groovaly and remain the customer’s responsibility.
Golden Age Collection
Golden Age is Groovaly’s sculptural collection.
Golden Age pieces are crafted from White Pearl Valchromat with a protective matte finish and delivered as carefully protected, fully assembled elements.
Certain components, such as the Bloom fan system, removable feet or handles, may require simple assembly at home using the included components and instructions.

Your furniture is delivered inside your home, in the room of your choice, where this service is available.

Ground-Floor Delivery · Signature Required
Your order is delivered to the ground floor of your building or to the entrance of your house.
A signature is required upon delivery.

Spain delivery note
For both delivery services, mainland Spain is currently covered.
Ceuta, Melilla, the Balearic Islands, Las Palmas and Santa Cruz de Tenerife are not currently covered.
Estimated Golden Age delivery timeframe
Golden Age orders are typically delivered within approximately 4–12 weeks, depending on destination, availability, production schedule and logistics.
This timeframe is indicative and may vary depending on production batches, carrier capacity, appointment scheduling, customs procedures where applicable, or other logistical constraints.
Important delivery notes
Delivery availability depends on the destination, postcode, accessibility of the address and carrier coverage.
Remote areas, islands and regions not listed above may not be covered.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, delivery does not include unpacking, assembly, wall fixing, installation, removal of packaging or moving products to upper floors.
For products or compositions requiring wall fixing, the wall-fixing method is explained in the assembly instructions. Wall brackets, screws and plugs are not supplied, as the appropriate fixing hardware depends on your wall type.
Please check the condition of the packaging upon delivery. If you notice visible damage, missing parcels or delivery issues, note them on the carrier’s delivery document where possible and contact us promptly with photographs.
