Compact browsing, visible records

Lean is Groovaly’s compact forward-leaning browsing module, designed to hold and display around 100 LPs.

Its role is simple: it makes records easier to see, easier to browse and easier to live with. Instead of hiding a selection behind spines, Lean brings covers slightly forward, turning storage into a visible surface you can actually explore.

Inside the module, records rest on a raised rear base, creating the impression that the collection is floating a few centimetres above the floor of the structure.

Compact, open and highly usable, Lean brings the browsing gesture into smaller compositions, listening corners and vertical arrangements.

A simple gesture for choosing records

Lean is designed around a quiet, intuitive gesture.

To browse, simply press gently on the top edge of a record. The sleeve leans slightly forward, making the cover easier to see without having to remove the record from the module.

This makes Lean ideal for keeping a focused selection of records visible: recent favourites, current rotation, new arrivals, or the albums you want to return to more often.

Lean is designed for 12-inch LPs.

Designed for modular compositions

Lean is part of Groovaly’s modular design approach: rectilinear volumes, graphic proportions and recessed shadow joints.

On each module, the external recessed shadow joints are placed on the bottom and right-hand side only. This is an intentional design feature: when modules are assembled together, it creates a subtle spacing between volumes and gives the whole composition a lighter architectural presence.

The Sand finish brings warmth and softness to the structure, creating a calm neutral tone that works naturally in contemporary interiors.

With its compact format and visible record surface, Lean adds rhythm and clarity to a modular composition without taking up too much width.

Lean does not exist in the Golden Age range.
