Thelonious is part of the Groovaly Golden Age Collection: a family of sculptural pieces inspired by the warmth, curves and listening culture of the 1970s.
Designed as a coffee table for vinyl lovers, Thelonious places the record collection at the centre of everyday living. Low, generous and sculptural, it brings together two complementary Groovaly elements: Tilt, a wide LP-browsing module, and Chest, a drawer-based module for 7-inch singles, accessories and personal objects.
Instead of hiding records in tight shelves or closed storage, Thelonious keeps them visible, accessible and naturally connected to the living room. It creates a place where choosing a record becomes part of the rhythm of the space — close to the sofa, close to the music, close to the moment.
On one side, Tilt keeps a generous LP selection visible and easy to explore. Records rest on a raised rear base, creating the impression that the collection is lightly suspended. To browse, simply press the top edge of a sleeve: the records tilt gently forward, making the cover easier to see without removing it from the piece.
On the other side, Chest adds dedicated storage for 7-inch singles, hi-fi accessories, personal items or everyday objects. Its lower drawer includes three internal compartments proportioned for singles, while the upper shelf can host books, baskets, compact equipment or decorative pieces.
Together, Tilt and Chest make Thelonious a sculptural coffee table with a clear purpose: a place to browse LPs, store 7-inch singles, keep objects close and bring the listening ritual into the centre of the living room.
Crafted from White Pearl Valchromat with rounded forms and a protective matte finish, Thelonious carries the distinctive character of the Golden Age Collection: soft geometry, tactile materiality and a warm sculptural presence.

Material & Craft
Thelonious is designed in Paris, France, and crafted in France and Portugal from White Pearl Valchromat, a high-density wood-fibre material coloured throughout with organic pigments.
Unlike a simple surface finish, Valchromat carries its colour through the material itself. Its dense structure, velvety texture and mineral matte appearance give Thelonious a quiet depth and a refined tactile presence.
As part of the Golden Age Collection, Thelonious is defined by rounded forms, sculptural volumes and carefully finished edges. Each piece combines CNC precision, careful assembly and a protective matte finish designed to preserve the material’s soft character while making the surface more resistant to everyday use.
Minor variations in tone, texture or finish may occur due to the nature of the material and small-batch production. These variations are part of the character of the piece.
